Atwater Village’s previously-vivid lunch scene obtained even better when Bar Sinizki opened. Smoked trout and rooster liver tartines, coupled with day-to-day soup specials paired with pickles and residence-built sauerkraut, make for gentle and flavorful midday meals. If lunch requires a wine spritz, cocktail, or beer, that’s also a possibility.
